Rwanda: Law on Investment Promotion and Facilitation

In February 2021, the Goverment of Rwanda announced a new Law on Investment Promotion and Facilitation, number 006/2021. The new law repeals law number 06/3015 dated 28 March 2015 that has governed investment promotion and facilitation in Rwanda for the past six years.
