In February 2020, the Government of Zimbabwe announced the Zimbabwe Investment Development Agency Act [Chapter 14:37] (hereafter the ‘ZIDA Act’). The ZIDA Act deals with the promotion, entry, facilitation and protection of investment in Zimbabwe.
