Argentina: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of polyethylene terephthalate in granules from China, India and the Republic of Korea (termination of definitive duty imposed on imports from Chinese Taipei and Thailand)

In April 2012, the government of Argentina initiated a new antidumping investigation. A definitive duty was imposed in October 2014. In October 2019, the definitive duty was extended for a new period following the conclusion of a sunset review initiated in October 2018. In October 2022 a sunset review was initiated. In June 2023, the definitive duty was temporarily suspended. In December 2023, the definitive duty was terminated.
