Turkiye: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of granites from China and from Viet Nam and Iran following an anti-circumvention investigations

In July 2011, the government of Turkiye initiated a sunset review of the definitive antidumping duty imposed. In July 2012, the definitive duty was extended on imports of the subject good from China. In December 2014, a definitive duty on imports of the subject good from Viet Nam was imposed following an anti-circumvention investigation. In July 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the duty was extended in May 2018. In June 2018, the definitive duty was extended to imports of the subject good from Iran following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation. In May 2023, a sunset review concerning the antidumping duty was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2024.
