In June 2017, four Arab states (Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) imposed an economic embargo on Qatar due to political motives.
Update:
In January 2021, four Arab states (Egypt, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) lifted the economic embargo imposed on Qatar in 2017.
