In September 2020, the European Commission initiated an anti-dumping investigation on imports of cold-rolled stainless steel flat products from India and Indonesia. In May 2021, a provisional duty was imposed. In November 2021, a definitive duty was imposed. In March 2022, the definitive duties were amended. In August 2023, an anti-circumvention investigation on imports from Chinese Taipei, Turkiye and Vietnam was initiated.
