Russian Federation: State aid to recover non-reimbursable costs of tour operators

On 7 April 2020, the Russian government allocated a budget to reimburse tour operators for expenses they could not reimburse from airlines and for expenses connected to returning tourist stranded outside Russia due to border closures. On 25 April 2020, the Government announced the rules of disbursement.
