In March 2013, the government of Colombia initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and imposed definitive duties in November 2013. In September 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended on imports of rigid flexible PVC films from China and the Republic of Korea, whilst terminating the duty on imports of flexible PVC films. In July 2019, the definitive duty was terminated.
