Mexico: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of pencils from China

In March 2013, the government of Mexico initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in May 2014. In May 2019, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2020. In April 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2025 (applicable duty extension date is in May 2024).
