India: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of toluene diisocyanate from the EU and Saudi Arabia (definitive antidumping duty expired on imports from Chinese Taipei and the UAE)

In January 2020, the Indian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of toluene diisocyanate from Chinese Taipei, the European Union, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. The investigation is still in progress. In April 2021, a Definitive duty was imposed. In December 2024, a sunset review on imports originating from the European Union and Saudi Arabia was initiated. In August 2025, the Indian authorities extended the definitive duty on imports of the subject good from the European Union and Saudi Arabia until March 2026 following the initiation of the sunset review. In February 2026, the Indian authorities extended the definitive duty on imports of the subject good from the European Union and Saudi Arabia following the conclusion of the sunset review.
