EU: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain stainless steel fasteners and parts thereof from China and Chinese Taipei as well as on imports from the Philippines following the conclusion of an anti-circumvention investigation

In November 2010, the European Union initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive duty in January 2012. In March 2013 the definitive duty was extended on imports from the Philippines. The definitive duty was terminated in January 2017.
