On November 5, 2012, the Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s Parliament, approved Law ? 5476-VI, with which it amended in accordance with its WTO obligations its customs tariffs falling under HS 2522, 2602, 2610, 2804, 2809, 2810, 2815, 2821, 2835, 2903, 2905, 2912, 2903, 2905, 2912, 2917, 2918, 2921, 2923, 2927, 2929, 2930, 2933, 3102, 3104, 3105, 3206, 3207, 3208, 3209, 3214, 3407, 3502, 3506, 3706,4009, 4010, 4016, 4504, 6804, 6811, 6815, 6902, 7008, 7019, 7115, 7117, 7204.
The amended customs tariffs enter into force on January 1, 2013.
