In September 2019, the Indonesian authorities initiated a safeguard investigation on imports of certain yarn. In November 2019, a provisional safeguard duty was imposed. In May 2020, a definitive safeguard was imposed. In April 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2022.
