In December 2008, the European Commission updated an existing antidumping duty for the first time since the start of GTA monitoring. In October 2013, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in December 2014. In December 2014, a second sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2020. In October 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
