A decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit reversed a 2017 decision of the U.S. Court of International Trade concerning the tariff classification of motor vehicles imported from Turkiye, thus raising the tariff on the affected motor vehicles from 2.5% to 25%.
