In August 2019, the Vietnamese authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of Biaxial Oriented Polypropylene (BOPP) film products from China, Thailand and Malaysia. In March 2020, a provisional duty was imposed. In July, a definitive duty was imposed. In July 2022, the rate of duty applying to imports from China was adjusted.
