China: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of EPDM from the United States, the Republic of Korea and the European Union, as well as termination of the definitive duty on imports from the United Kingdom

In June 2019, the Chinese authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) from the United States, the Republic of Korea and the European Union. In October 2020, a provisional duty was imposed and a definitive duty was imposed in December 2020. In December 2025, a sunset review was initiated on imports from the United States, the Republic of Korea and the European Union. At the same time, the definitive duty on imports from the United Kingdom was terminated.
