Brazil: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain seamed tubes of austenitic stainless steel from China (termination of duty on imports from Chinese Taipei)

In September 2011, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in July 2013. In July 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period on imports from China in July 2019. In July 2019, the duty was terminated on imports from Chinese Taipei. In July 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty on imports from China was extended for a new period in July 2025.
