The National Bank for Economic and Social Development (i.e. BNDES by the acronym in Portuguese) has announced the implementation of new rules for the calculation of the minimum compulsory local content requirements that machines, equipment, industrial systems and components must fulfil in order to qualify for FINAME credit lines.
