In April 2019, the Mexican authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain stainless steel flat products from China and Chinese Taipei. On November 2019, a provisional duty was imposed on imports from China. In October 2020, a definitive duty was imposed on imports of the subject good from China and Chinese Taipei. In October 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
