In March 2019, the Argentinian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain aluminium sheets from China. In December 2020, a definitive duty was imposed. In February 2025, a sunset review was initiated, and the duty was suspended for the period of the review. In February 2026, the definitive duty was terminated.

On 23 February 2026, the Argentinian authorities terminated the antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from China following a conclusion of a sunset review (Resolution 172/2026).
