In September 2011, the government of Canada initiated a new anti-subsidy and a new antidumping investigation. In December 2011, a provisional duty was imposed. In March 2012, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2016, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in April 2017. In February 2022, a sunset review was initiated.
