In December 2018, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed a loan agreement with Agria Group Holding to support its construction of a port facility in the area of Port of Varna for the storage and export of grain and other products. The loan will be guaranteed by the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI).
