Turkiye: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of wall-type split air conditioners from China and from Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines and Vietnam following two anti-circumvention investigations

In June 2011, the government of Turkiye initiated a sunset review and extended the definitive antidumping duty in March 2012. The definitive duty is extended to imports from Malaysia, Indonesia, Pakistan, the Philippines and Vietnam following the conclusions of anti-circumvention investigations. In 2017, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended in March 2018. In February 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in May 2024.
