Turkiye: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on welded stainless steel tubes, pipes and profiles from China and Chinese Taipei and from Malaysia and Vietnam following an anti-circumvention investigation

In April 2012, the government of Turkiye initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in March 2013. In March 2016, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Malaysia and Vietnam following an anti-circumvention investigation. In March 2018, a sunset review and the definitive duty was extended in December 2018. In December 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
