In December 2018, the Mexican Ministry of Economy initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of aluminium pressure cookers from China. In December 2019, a definitive duty was imposed. In December 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2026.
