In July 2012, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in December 2013. In December 2018, a sunset review was initiated. In March 2019, the sunset review initiated on imports from Thailand was revoked and the definitive duty was thereby terminated. In December 2019, the definitive duty was extended for a new period. In December 2024, a sunset review was initiated. In December 2025, the definitive duty on imports from China, the Republic of Korea and Chinese Taipei was extended for a new period.
