In November 2018, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission initiated an antidumping and an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of steel reinforcing bars from Turkiye. In January 2019, a provisional antidumping duty was imposed. The investigation was terminated without the imposition of duties in June 2019.
