In October 2018, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed a loan agreement with Belgium Parkwind NV to support their construction and operation of the NORTHWESTER 2 wind farm project located off the coast of Belgium. The loan will be guaranteed by the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI).
