In October 2016, the European Investment Bank (EIB) signed a loan agreement with Otary NV to support its design, construction, operation and maintenance of the Rentel wind farm located in the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Belgium. The loan will be guaranteed by the European Fund for Strategic Investment (EFSI).
