Brazil: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of monoethanolamine and triethanolamine from the United States and Germany and immediate suspension of duties on imports from Germany

In December 2011, the government of Brazil initiated a new anti-dumping investigation. In July 2013, provisional duties were imposed and in November 2013 definitive duties were imposed. In November 2018, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2019. In November 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in October 2025.
