In May 2018, the Republic of Korea initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of stainless steel bar from Chinese Taipei and Italy. In November 2018, a provisional duty was imposed. In May 2019, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2024, the definitive duty was terminated.
