Canada: Reform in the duration of coasting trade licenses

Reversing a prior policy by which coasting trade licences were cancelled when a temporarily imported vessel left Canadian waters, coasting trade licences will not be required unless the vessel has completed the activity for which the licence was issued or if the authorized dates indicated on the licence have passed.
