China: Extension of antidumping duty on imports of stainless steel billet and hot-rolled stainless steel plate (coil) from the EU, the UK, the Republic of Korea and Indonesia

In July 2018, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of stainless steel billet and hot-rolled stainless steel plate (coil) from the EU, Japan, the Republic of Korea and Indonesia. In March 2019, a provisional duty was imposed and in July 2019 a definitive duty was imposed. In July 2024, a sunset review was initiated on imports from the EU, the UK, the Republic of Korea and Indonesia, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in June 2025.
