In July 2018, the Malaysian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain flat-rolled products of iron alloy and non-alloy steel plated or coated with zinc from Viet Nam and China. In November 2018, a provisional antidumping duty. In March 2019, a definitive duty was imposed.
