The government of South Africa increased the import excise duties on certain perfumes and toilet waters; beauty or make-up preparations; motorcycles; on machines for the reception, conversion and transmission of voice, image or other data; fireworks; certain fur skin articles; machinery and mechanical appliances; electrical machinery and equipment; water scooters; arms, toys and games; and motor vehicles.
