India: Definitive antidumping duty on imports of ethylene vinyl acetate sheet for solar modules from China, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and Thailand (termination of investigation concerning the Republic of Korea)

In April 2018, the Indian Directorate General of Antidumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) sheet for solar modules from China, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, the Republic of Korea and Thailand. In March 2019, a definitive duty was imposed. In September 2023, a sunset review on imports originating from China was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in March 2024.
