In April 2018, the Indian Directorate General of Antidumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain non-plasticized industrial grade nitrocellulose from Brazil, Indonesia and Thailand. In February 2019, a definitive duty was imposed.
