GCC: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of uncoated paper and paperboard (container board) from Spain, Poland, and Italy

In July 2017, the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain uncoated paper and paperboard (containerboard) from Italy, Spain and Poland. In May 2019, a definitive duty was imposed. In May 2024, the definitive duty was terminated.

Anti-dumping

On 1 May 2024, the GCC terminated the antidumping duty imposed on imports of the subject good from Spain and Poland. The antidumping duty is terminated as it was set to expire.
