In November 2011, the members of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan initiated a new anti-dumping investigation on imports of cold-worked seamless pipes and tubes of stainless steel from China. In April 2013, a definitive antidumping duty was imposed. In December 2017, the definitive duty was extended to imports from Malaysia. In January 2018, a sunset review was initiated, and the duty was extended in December 2018. In February 2023, a sunset review was initiated, and the duty was extended for a new period in January 2024.
