In August 2011, the members of the Customs Union of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan initiated an antidumping investigation and a definitive duty was imposed in January 2013. A sunset review was initiated in October 2017, and the duty was extended in September 2018. In May 2023, a sunset review was initiated, and the duty was extended for a new period in April 2024.
