Argentina: Termination of definitive antidumping duty on imports of certain denim fabrics from China (termination of investigation on imports from Brazil and Peru without the imposition of duties)

In February 2018, the Argentinian authorities initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of certain denim fabrics from Brazil, Peru and China. In 2019, a definitive duty was imposed. In August 2024, a sunset review was initiated. In March 2025, the definitive duty was terminated.
