EU: Extension of definitive antidumping duties on imports of certain tube and pipe fittings originating in Russia (termination of definitive duties on imports from Turkiye)

In September 2011, the European Commission initiated a new anti-dumping investigation and definitive duties were imposed in January 2013. In January 2018, a sunset review was initiated. In April 2019, the definitive duty imposed on imports from Russia was extended for a new period, whilst the duty was terminated on imports from Turkiye. In April 2024, a sunset review was initiated, and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in July 2025.
