On 23 January 2018, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China issued Announcement No. 6 of 2018, which initiates an antidumping investigation on imports of o-dichlorobenzene from Japan and India. In October 2018, a provisional duty was imposed and definitive duties were imposed in January 2019. In January 2024, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in January 2025.
