In January 2018, the Indian Directorate General of Antidumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of zeolite 4A (detergent grade) from China. In December 2018, a definitive duty was imposed. In September 2022, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2023.
