In January 2018, the Indian Directorate General of Antidumping & Allied Duties, Ministry of Commerce and Industry initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of fluoroelastomers (FKM) from China. A definitive duty was imposed in January 2019. In June 2025, a sunset review was initiated.
