In March 2010, the German Export Crediting Agency announced its support of an export project concerning deliveries and equipment for the extension of a GSM mobile network, consisting of mobile radio and switching technology, licenses, management systems, infrastructure supporting equipment, spare parts and transmission technology in Russia.
