On 10 November 2017, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China issued the English version of Announcement No. 74 of 2017, which initiates an antidumping investigation on imports of acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber from the Republic of Korea and Japan. In July 2018, a provisional duty was imposed and in November 2018 definitive duties were imposed. In November 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in November 2024.
