EU: Definitive countervailing duty on imports of new and retreaded tyres for buses or lorries from China

In October 2017, the European Commission initiated an anti-subsidy investigation on imports of new and retreaded tyres for buses or lorries from China. The investigation is still in progress. In November 2018, a definitive duty was imposed. In November 2023, a sunset review was initiated.
