China: Extension of definitive antidumping duty on imports of halogenated butyl rubber from the United States, the European Union, Singapore and the United Kingdom

In August 2017, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China initiated an antidumping investigation on imports of halogenated butyl rubber from the United States, the European Union and Singapore. A provisional duty was imposed in April 2018 and a definitive duty was imposed in August 2018. In August 2023, a sunset review was initiated and the definitive duty was extended for a new period in August 2024.
